Automatic Stacker
‧ To help solve the high labor cost problem, the automatic stacker is designed for fully automatic operation from infeed to outfeed system. It greatly saves labor cost. One stacker saves 4~5 operators The stacker only need 2 operators, A sorter and an assistant,
‧ Size adjustment is motor driven combined with screw adjustment and special air operated panel pushing device, assuring neat and accurate stacking performance.
‧ Production process and quantity are set on th central control system for convenience and safety.
‧ The outfeed products are delivered through automatic cart to packaging conveyor table for packaging. The automatic product delivery not only saves space while providing neat working space.
‧ There are various model depend on the kinds of panel, factory layout,number of sorting.
